Terms and Conditions

MedLearn provides online mock exams, question banks, explanations, performance summaries, and related educational tools for personal MCCQE preparation.

• You may use the platform only for lawful, personal study.
• The platform is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Medical Council of Canada.
• Access does not guarantee any particular examination result, professional qualification, or licensing outcome.

• Certain features require a registered account.
• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account.
• Accounts and purchased access are personal and must not be shared, transferred, sold, or made available to another person.

• Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged through our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
• Successful payment grants access only to the exam or product identified at checkout.
• Because digital exam content is made available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access begins.
• A refund may be considered for a verified technical access failure reported within seven days of purchase, or where required by applicable consumer law.

The platform, branding, software, and educational materials made available through MedLearn are owned by or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable material for personal study.

You must not:

• Copy, photograph, screen-record, scrape, or reproduce questions.
• Share, publish, upload, sell, or redistribute exam material.
• Use content to create another question bank, course, commercial product, dataset, or artificial-intelligence training resource.
• Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices.

You must not interfere with the platform, probe for vulnerabilities, automate access without permission, bypass payment or attempt limits, manipulate results, introduce malicious code, or use another person's account. Exam-specific rules displayed before an attempt form part of these Terms.

MedLearn is provided for education and examination preparation only. Content is not medical advice and must not replace clinical judgement, institutional policy, current professional guidance, or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Although we aim for accuracy, educational content may contain errors or become outdated.

We may maintain, update, correct, replace, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may adjust exam content when necessary to improve accuracy, quality, security, or compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedLearn is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from platform use, service interruptions, reliance on educational content, or examination outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms, shared protected content, compromised platform security, or engaged in fraud. Access may be revoked without a refund where misuse or content sharing is confirmed, subject to applicable law.

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, payment, hosting, and external websites. Those services operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.

We may update these Terms to reflect platform, legal, or operational changes. The revised version will display a new effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of Canada and the laws of the Canadian province or territory in which MedLearn operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Canada will hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
